A welded clear tote for pool and beach retail

A clear PVC tote with welded seams and webbing handles, sized for towels, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Welding gives a flat, water-resistant seam that stays clear, so the bag reads as transparent rather than frosted. The handles are stitched webbing anchored through welded reinforcement patches.
