Phosphorescent border for low-light visibility

This pouch adds a phosphorescent strip along the welded border, so the pouch is easy to find on a dark beach, a night dive deck or in a tent. The body is PVC with ABS clips and a nylon lanyard, and the glow strip is charged by daylight or a torch rather than a battery.

Body: PVC with a glow-in-the-dark welded border.
Closure: ABS clip and nylon lanyard.
Front panel: Clear film for touchscreen use.
Upgrade: TPU body available for buyers with higher environmental requirements.

Printing, glow-strip width and lanyard colour are made to your artwork, and the pouch can be packed with a hang tag for retail.

Welding, assembly, and packing all run in our own facility, so quality is controlled on the line rather than passed to a subcontractor.

High-Frequency Welding: 15 high-frequency welding machines fuse seams without adhesives or stitching.
In-Line Checks: Inspection at welding, assembly, and final packing, with pre-shipment sampling against your approved sample.
Material Traceability: Material batch and specification recorded per order, so repeat orders use the same input.
Sample Approval: Production only starts after you sign off on the pre-production sample.

Packing is quoted together with the product, so landed cost is clear before the order is placed.
