Sealed air channels instead of a foam ring

Instead of a foam ring, this pouch uses sealed air channels welded into the PVC body, with a three-layer sealing spine at the opening. The result is a pouch that packs flat, inflates when closed and keeps a phone at the surface. The lanyard is a round cord.

High-Frequency Welding: 15 high-frequency welding machines fuse seams without adhesives or stitching.
In-Line Checks: Inspection at welding, assembly, and final packing, with pre-shipment sampling against your approved sample.
Material Traceability: Material batch and specification recorded per order, so repeat orders use the same input.
Sample Approval: Production only starts after you sign off on the pre-production sample.
