Floating, welded, and built for salt water

The TPU Floating Waterproof Phone Pouch is the model we produce most for beach resorts, water parks and marine retailers. The body is clear TPU film joined on high-frequency welding machines, so the seams are fused rather than stitched or glued, and the front panel keeps touch input and facial recognition working through the film. A sealed air chamber runs around the pouch, so a dropped phone stays at the surface long enough to be picked up.

Body: TPU film with ABS sealing clips and a hand-braided wrist cord.
Seams: Welded, with no adhesive or stitching to break down in salt water or chlorine.
Touch window: Clear front panel for calls, photos and Face ID without opening the pouch.
Cost option: PVC body with a standard lanyard available for volume orders.

Both the TPU build and the PVC alternative can be printed with your artwork, and the cord, clip colour and packing are made to your specification. Send a sample or drawing and we will confirm material, print method and carton before quoting.

In-House Production and In-Line Checks

Welding, assembly, and packing all run in our own facility, so quality is controlled on the line rather than passed to a subcontractor.

High-Frequency Welding: 15 high-frequency welding machines fuse seams without adhesives or stitching.
In-Line Checks: Inspection at welding, assembly, and final packing, with pre-shipment sampling against your approved sample.
Material Traceability: Material batch and specification recorded per order, so repeat orders use the same input.
Sample Approval: Production only starts after you sign off on the pre-production sample.

Export Packaging & Shipping

Packing is quoted together with the product, so landed cost is clear before the order is placed.
